Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hour
Damages
Zander Lash Academy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on damaged or opened products after seven days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange within the seven-day window, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened lash products, except in the case of manufacturing defects reported within seven days of delivery.
